Twitter parties have been known to crash twitter. Me and my girlfriends assemble on twitter on our favorite shows. Especially when we are really into a show.

I think they have become so popular that so many people attend and it's hard to feel like anybody is listening. I think everyone is so busy broadcasting their ideas that they aren't taking to time to network and engage in conversations. I think if you can get a conversation going with one or two people, it's a success!

I love twitter parties. They can be a blast. However lately I feel like I am invisible at the parties so I get further discouraged. I know from talking to others they feel the same. Everything moves so fast and it's hard to keep up.
