Thanks for including all this valuable information. I use a different PDF creator that's available for trial download (unlimited) but it leaves a small watermark on it (can be removed by purchasing the full version) but as of now, I don't see any reason to as the watermark doesn't really seem to matter. When I originally created it I used one of the templates listed above and it was VERY long. I found my sponsors got very confused.
